Yes. Click on the avatar you like. A small window should appear and give you the direct link and codes to use the avatar. You may not hotlink design images unique to NeedAEar; if the image has a code yes, if not no. All avatars can be hotlinked.

NeedAEar has no advertisements.

Who is NeedAEar's sponsor?

NeedAEar does not have a sponsor. NeedAEar is privately funded. NeedAEar is a personal website.

Does NeedAEar earn profit in anyway?

No. However we welcome graphic designers any time!

There is none. NeedAEar's owner, Nick Burrus is an administrator with AboutUs however/

How many staff members does NeedAEar have?

One.

Who are the staff of NeedAEar?

Just Nick Burrus. However Julia Reeves' opinion is highly respected. Julia Reeves designed the look of v2, v2.5 and v3. Vartan Simonian helped with some choices and feature development.

How come comments and ratings are not allowed?

NeedAEar's owner, Nick Burrus prefers not to have these features. Quote, "NeedAEar is a resource and personal website togethor as in one. Comments and ratings are requested, yes, I know this. But in experience these systems are abused. I try to do good things with my life. I don't have time to censor votes and comments."

Why was the name NeedAEar choosen?

Originally NeedAEar was going to be an advice website and 'Write to Santa' and 'Write to Easter Bunny' etc to help out little kids. Many websites offer these things but the reply is always robotic, we were going to change this. This idea never kicked off. Nick Burrus owned NEedAEar and he uploaded his avatar collection because the host was faster and more reliable then expected. Others asked if they could use the avatars, Nick said yes. They usually hotlinked, and Nick Burrus decided to focus the website around avatars.
